"How to use"
- This villa you’ll use for some time is a part of a ten villa “residence” with an own security 24h/24.
- Jocelyne, our employee governess will give for your “checking in” two keys for the villa, one for the principal front door and one for the door window in front of the beach.
- She’ll give you also a villa inventory, which we’ll use for the two checking: in and out.
- I would like to inform you that the lock of the front door is reverse, for opening you have to turn counterclockwise clockwise gently, never force, please.
- I ask you to be very careful with those keys, the big one for the front door is impossible to replicate in Mauritius; be careful again when you go out of the house without the keys, the front door is impossible to open without the key, you have to make a little trick before shutting the door, Jocelyne will show you how to do, if not, you’re shut out the villa.
- On the outside of the villa to the left of the front door there is a small combination safe which is used to leave keys when you are numerous and you go out separately, or in some very special cases where the Check In or Out is done at late or too early hours.
- This villa has its own and personal alarm. You have to set it (armed) when you enter and you live the house. Jocelyne will show you how to do, and will give you the code access. You have 30 seconds without alarm, when you enter your access code to enter or going out. (1 bip = on , 2 or 3 bip = off).
- Our governess will be present 4 hours /day, from 8 ½ AM to 12 ½ AM from Monday to Saturday. Only for cleaning and maintain the villa. If you want some cooking or personal cleaning, you can make a deal with her, for working more as your both convenience, you’ve, in this case to pay her directly on the fare of 150 Rs/hour. (about 4 €).

- Each bedroom got its own air conditioned, there is à little safety box in the side wardrobe of the ground floor bed room, The same in the back first floor bedroom and in the bath room of the master bed room under the sink. Don’t forget to live the keys on when you live.
- The side boards of the first floor corridor and the ground floor W.C. are private and closed.
- You can get in your bathroom and W.C. some soap and paper toilet for beginning they will not be renewed during your stay.
- Sheets and Towels will be changed every weeks only, except “accident”.
- The same , you have some drinking water in a big bottle (20 l), it will not be renewed during your stay.
- You can buy those big bottles not so far from the villa, on the Port Louis main road at the filling station TOTAL Belle Vue, after The big shop “Espace Maison”.
- You can get coloured towels in the green side board of the lobby; you have to use them for the beach and the pool, the white ones have to remain in the house.
- In the shower cabin of the master bed room, hot water is unversed and you have to turn the tap on your right to get it, be patient it takes time for arriving.
- Please, if it is rainy remove the outside mattress and cushions inside. Don’t let your own affairs and goods outside when you are out, or during the night, even with the 24 hours security, it’s safer.
- When you come back from the beach, please rinse yourself first, sand is very bad for the pool.
- You can find a shower and a tap near the back of our pool .
- If you have any problem with our classical appliances, Jocelyne will explain it to you.
- Most of our removable lightd are with french plugs and all our wall sockets are british one !!
- In every room you can find a special plug for everyone and any country plug.
- The kiosk and outdoor lights are turned on with a switch on the stone wall, kindly turn them off after use please.
- If there is an electric breakdown, the residence generator will be working, please dont use During this time : washing machine, air condition system, wall cooker.
- Please replace yourself spontaneously broken and damaged object.
- You can use a Weber round BBQ, please use it in the back of the swimming pool, otherwise it's too dangerous, given the wind and the kiosk straw.
- The TV use is explained in an other sheet.
- Our phone (+ 230 26 37 609) can receive International calls, but you can only call locally and have an Internet access ADSL line.
